The newest (eleventh) volume of the Yearbook, Gegenwartsliteratur, appeared in October 2012. The focus is on the work of Uwe Timm, and the issue also features individual articles on Christoph Delius, Peter Handke, Christoph Ransmayr, Daniel Kehlmann, Judith Herrmann, and Jenny Erpenbeck, in addition to fifteen book reviews of recent works in German Studies.
